Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax All winning bids are subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and 6.5% sales tax. Pickup Location All items must be picked up at: Drip Liquidation 40 Willow St, Bldg G Rittman, OH 44270 Pickup Directions Turn onto Willow St, then turn right at the open gate. Continue straight back to the warehouse with the wooden steps. If stairs are difficult, you may pull around to the back of the building. Pickup Window All items must be picked up within one week of the auction closing. Sunday night auctions may be picked up through the following Saturday at 2:00 PM. Wednesday night auctions may be picked up through the following Wednesday by close of business. Pickup Hours Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Closed Sunday Item Condition / As-Is Sales All items are sold as-is according to the listed condition. Please review the item description, photos, and condition notes before bidding. Preview Available All items are available for preview during regular business hours before the auction closes. Return Policy Returns are accepted only if an item was incorrectly listed by Drip Liquidation. Any approved return request must be made within 7 days after the pickup window closes.
