Medina Odd Fellows Halloween Auction — Terms & Conditions All Sales Final: All items are sold AS IS, with no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted. Buyer’s Premium & Sales Tax: A 13% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid price of every item. No sales tax will be charged. Auction Closing: Items will begin closing at 11:15 PM Eastern Time on October 31, 2026, in conjunction with the Medina Odd Fellows Halloween event. One item will close every minute, subject to bidding extensions. Extended Bidding: Any bid placed during an item’s final 60 seconds will reset that item’s countdown to 60 seconds. This will continue until no additional bids are placed during the final 60 seconds. Bidder Registration: All bidders must have a valid payment method on file before placing bids. Payment: Immediately following the conclusion of the auction, all winning bidders will be automatically charged to the payment method on file for their winning purchases, including the 13% buyer’s premium. Binding Bids: All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder and authorize payment under these terms. Auction Firm: This auction is conducted by Drip Liquidation, Ohio Licensed Auction Firm #2024000031, bonded in favor of the State of Ohio.
